We are a company that felt there was a need for indiviualized I.T. support for the businesses in and around the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo. This ultimately led to our inception in 2005.

We moved to the region in 2000 and worked in I.T. positions for a couple of the local support providers. This gave us some valuable insight into what works and what doesn't for the unique needs of our clientele. Pronet Solutions decided it was time to fill some of these - frusterating to regional business - I.T. support gaps that hinder the efficiency and growth potential for organizations trying to perform at their best. High-end computer equipment and the networks in which they commute important information across are vital to the continued success of any business.
